June 16, Kaye Fiorello was driving her car down Interstate 75 when she spotted a figure lying in the ditch beside the expressway. She stopped to realize it was a dog. The animal was thin, weak and suffered terribly from the strong summer heat. He was barely moving.
The motorist saw a member of the Tennessee State Police in the distance and called to ask him to rescue the animal. The officer You sleep immediately joined the quadruped, which was panting nonstop.
An umbrella to protect him from the sun
The man first cut up a small container that was in his possession to make a bowl and fill it with water. The dog quickly emptied the contents, he was so thirsty. The policeman gave him more water, then he went to get a small chair and an umbrella.

He sat down and stretched it over the canine, in order to shade him. He stayed by her side long enough for the dog to trust him and let him show him off in his patrol vehicle. The officer You sleep was able to take him to the local animal service shelter, which has been taking care of him ever since.
