An Alsatian spread, without palm oil!
During the workshop in which we participated, the teams gave us keys to create a simple and delicious spread base. The latter can be made with the ingredients you like and especially those you have at home. Here, no preservatives or palm oil: in the composition of the recipes, we find hazelnuts and cocoa from the farms of the Schaal house, in the south-west of France for hazelnuts and in Ecuador for cocoa trees.
The result ? We have a homemade spread, more respectful of the environment, which has nothing to hide, which is not very sweet and above all delicious. In addition, you can leave with your potty to take home after the workshop. But beware: the real Schaal spread, one of the shop’s bestsellers, will keep all its secrets, otherwise it would be too easy. But we can obviously find it in store before leaving 😉
