Valerie Alexander is a terminally ill brain cancer patient. As Fox 29 Philadelphia tells, the woman who knows she’s doomed is looking for a new owner for Rosie, her Pitbull.
“I don’t want her to be sad”
With only a few weeks left to live, Valerie hopes to find a warm home for her dog who has shared her life for five years: “She is part of my family,” she explains. A dog described as “loving and loyal” by her mistress.
“I want to make sure she gets as much love after I’m gone as she gives. I don’t want her to be sad or locked up in a cage or abused. I want someone who loves her. »
Valerie wants to find the perfect family for her pet
She would like to meet the people who could welcome “her child” to ensure that Rosie “receives as much love after she is gone”.
Ideally, Valerie hopes to find for her dog “someone young and energetic who needs a running buddy, someone who has a big yard that allows Rosie to run all day.”
