Blues: Kylian Mbappé on the scoresheet for Croatia-France, not N’Golo Kanté

The midfielder of Chelsea, holder Friday against Denmark (1-2), will not be on the scoresheet in Croatia. Coach Didier Deschamps summoned 24 players during this gathering, but only 23 may be involved for each meeting.

In the absence of Kanté, the Blues have only three pure midfielders (Adrien Rabiot, Mattéo Guendouzi, Aurélien Tchouaméni), even if Boubacar Kamara can also occupy this position.

Caleta-Car absent from the Croatian side’s scoresheet

Deschamps promised rotation from the first game, especially as temperatures in Split could be around 30 degrees at kick-off.

Embarrassed in the left knee since Wednesday and replaced at halftime on Friday, Mbappé is on the other hand well part of the list sent to UEFA, as well as Benzema, Koundé and Coman.

On the Croatian side, Marseille defender Duje Caleta-Car does not appear on the match sheet, after briefly leaving his partners this weekend to celebrate his wedding.
