Heard by the public prosecutor, Friday February 11, 2022, Cédric Jubillar had to reconsider the confessions he had made to his former cell neighbor Marco. Incarcerated in the Seysses remand center (Haute-Garonne) since June 18, the main suspect in the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar has so far multiplied requests for release. Four demands which, so far, were all rejected by the court.
However, according to the information gathered by our colleagues from LCI, Cédric Jubillar has no intention of giving up. Indeed, according to their information, the painter’s lawyers filed a new request for release on February 16. The fifth request made since his incarceration. As a reminder, his lawyers filed requests in July, September, October and last December. All without success.
Louis Jubillar is “in great pain”
Since the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, her eldest son Louis has been heard several times by the courts. And according to his lawyer’s recent remarks to RTL, the young boy is still saddened today by the absence of his mother. “He is a very lively child, who is impressive in terms of the memories he can draw”, had initially reported the lawyer of the little boy, Master Laurent Boguet.
And to continue:But we feel that he is indeed in great pain.” A confidence to which Master Jean Baptiste Alary, lawyer for Cédric Jubillar, reacted. “He is auditioned three times, and three times he delivers a different version“, he had made it known, adding then: “Above all, it should not be put at the center of an accusation as it is fragile, because of the difficulties of chronological restitution which are those of a child of 6 to 7 years old.”
Until the final verdict of this court case, Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent.
