It was around 10 p.m., Wednesday, May 4, when an explosion blew up the restaurant specializing in the production of savory and sweet pancakes, rue de la République.
Neighbors spared
Numerous emergency services were on site and deployed lances to extinguish a possible fire. There were no injuries in the accident, despite a fairly late closing of the sign, around midnight.
