Frozen fruits, ice cream with Breton flavors and frozen kouign-amann at Glacerie Paris

The MOF David Wesmaël is delighting us, this spring-summer 2022, with a multitude of new products available at the Glacerie Paris: frosted fruits, ice cream with Breton flavors and a kouign-amann in a frozen version!

The beautiful days are well and truly settled in the capital! The opportunity to fall for the frozen novelties of La Glacerie Paris for this spring-summer 2022. As usual, the MOF David Wesmael combines its pastry know-how with the art of ice cream and reveals a multitude of creations which make us salivate more than the other.

Starting with many new flavors of ice cream and sorbets ! Among the wide choice of flavors to taste by the ball, in a pot or in a cone, we find for only a few months Breton flavored ice cream : Madame’s butter ice cream with lambic; the Ribot milk ice cream and Kasha; Strawberry sorbet from Plougastel with sea water and oyster pepper; or even the Breizhdae (8.90€), one Armorica sundae whipped, consisting of a Breton puck, scoops of ice cream, and salted butter caramel from Maison Le Roux.

David Wesmaël also imagined a Brittany at home box (21€), to make four plated frozen desserts. The kit consists of a third of a tube of Ribot and kasha milk ice cream, a third of a tube of Plougastel Strawberry sorbet with sea water and oyster pepper, a pot of salted butter caramel from Maison Le Roux, Breton pucks to crumble and dark chocolate opalines with fleur de sel from Guérande!

For even more indulgence, we also turn to The Kouign to me (45€ for 6 people), a frozen dessert to share ! The puff pastry contains a Perfect frozen with Ribot milk and salted butter caramel, caramelized wheat milk ice cream and caramelized “Bénédictin” apple sorbet. A delight !

Finally, it is difficult to resist the call of frosted fruit who arrive at the Glacerie. On the program, a frosted fruit trilogy to share : orange, lemon and passion (23€). Made from the pulp of these fresh seasonal fruits, each sorbet is enhanced by a fine crispy hazelnut praline and a fruit caramel. Original and delicious!
