After the puppy thrown from the window near Douai on October 6, similar events occurred in Lille (North)Sunday, October 9. This time the cruelty was committed on a cat : the police intervened at the site Charles de Gaulle, where they found the cat lifeless on the road.

He dumped his girlfriend’s cat

After a quick investigation, they discovered that the poor animal had just been thrown out of a 2nd floor window. The author is a 24-year-old man, and the cat is his girlfriend’s. He was arrested and remanded in custody.

As for the cat, he was looked after by the Lille center of the League for the Protection of Animals (LPA). The team contacted this morning and explained that the cat had been transported to the veterinary hospital in La Madeleine, but that they did not know more about its state of health.
