Île-de-France: far from Paris, we have found some fantastic restaurants!

Did you know that in Fontainebleau, in Seine-et-Marne, the Japanese restaurant Fuumi prepares okonomiyakis, a half-omelette, half-crepe specialty, of quality largely equivalent to those served in Japan? Do you know the four-star farm, near Rambouillet (Yvelines)? A unique place where a chicken producer delights with his own table d’hôte… “There are 10 million inhabitants in the Parisian suburbs, which is as many as Greece or Portugal. We cannot therefore imagine that there is no quality restaurant outside of Paris”, explains Renaud Charles, the editor-in-chief of “Enlarge your Paris”, a media dedicated to the news of the cultural offer and cuisine of the small and large crowns. We have chosen to carry out this demonstration, establishing Notre-Dame de Paris as a starting point. We booked a table at least 30 minutes away. Here is our selection.
