Each week your diary introduces you to a new Seine-et-Marnais restaurant. Today, heading to the domain of Crecy-la-Chapelle and its restaurant The Panoramic with its breathtaking view of the estate’s golf course.
The place
In 2015, the domain of Crécy-la-Chapelle, consisting of a hotel, a restaurant and a golf course, went into compulsory liquidation. The Vignot family, originally from the region, was then looking for such land to be able to build Parrot World, an animal park. She decides to take over the estate. This acquisition made it possible to revitalize the Crécy-la-Chapelle estate and to develop Le Panoramic, the family restaurant which is located in an old farmhouse dating from the 17th century.
With its 160 indoor seats and 200 outside seats, Le Panoramic directly overlooks the estate’s golf course. In addition to its shaded terrace, the restaurant has a covered terrace, which allows you to continue eating outside when the temperatures start to drop.
The mind

With its refined decoration, Le Panoramic is a family and cozy restaurant. Nestled in the heart of the estate, the restaurant offers a green setting and allows you to eat in the heart of nature. According to Pierre-Louis Vignot, the restaurant, hotel and golf manager, Le Panoramic is “a unique place: few restaurants have such a view”.
In addition to welcoming customers during meals, the restaurant is open during the day for a drink or a snack such as a pizza or a charcuterie board to share. This spirit is representative of the restaurant: “We like to please and see customers having a good time,” explains Pierre-Louis Vignot.
The team
The Crécy estate belongs to the Vignot family, and it is Pierre-Louis Vignot, son of Eric Vignot, who manages the restaurant. Originally, Pierre-Louis Vignot was a computer engineer, but wanting to get involved in the family business, he became the manager of the restaurant, the hotel and the golf course. Today he manages the restaurant’s team, which has about fifteen people, up to twenty during the high season. For customers, in addition to the view and the quality of the cuisine, Le Panoramic stands out for its welcome: “there’s a good atmosphere and the team always has a smile on their face,” testifies a regular.
The plate

Le Panoramic offers French cuisine, straddling the brasserie and bistronomy. The menu changes with each season, in order to vary the flavors, especially for regulars. “The dishes evolve according to the seasonal products” explains Pierre-Louis Vignot. The menu of the Panoramic is varied, it offers both meat and fish and vegetarian. A children’s menu is also available.
The bill
During the week, the restaurant offers a menu with starter, main course and dessert at 26 euros, a starter and main course or main course and dessert menu at 22 euros and the dish of the day alone at 17 euros. On weekends, only the menu is available: starters and desserts cost around 10 euros while it takes around 20 euros for a main course. The children’s menu is 12 euros. Count about ten euros for a cocktail.

Every Sunday, Le Panoramic offers a brunch for 49 euros for adults and between 12 and 24 euros for children depending on their age. During the summer, brunch is available on Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant also offers an all-you-can-eat buffet on Saturday evenings with a barbecue at the same prices as the brunch.
