New twist! Believing that the evidence against their client is unfounded, Amber Hard’s lawyers have unveiled a long document that could overturn the verdict in favor of Johnny Depp.
An endless judicial soap opera… After six weeks of debates and shattering revelations, the jurors of the court of Fairfax condemned Amber Heard to pay more than 10 million dollars in damages to her ex-husband Johnny Depp. Upset after this verdict, the heroine ofAquaman filed a petition to a Virginia judge to overturn the verdict of his libel suit. As reported by our colleagues from TMZAmber Heard wants an overhaul in court, citing poor quality evidence. “Amber Heard’s team claims that Johnny Depp and co. have failed to prove that they acted with actual malice in the sense that there was little or no evidence presented showing that she had never believed that she had not been abused by him and did not believe every word spoken or written in the editorial.”
And this is not the only shadow that taints this trial. In this long 46-page report, the lawyers of the 36-year-old actress claim that one of the jurors had potentially been selected illegally. According to the documents submitted, juror #15 would not have been born in 1945 but in 1970. “This discrepancy raises the question of whether Juror 15 actually received a subpoena and was duly approved by the court to serve on the jury”, argued the lawyers in the document. Amber Heard’s lawyers then denounce identity theft and request the opening of an investigation. In an email sent to the specialized site Courthouse News, Ben Chew, Johnny Depp’s lawyer, rejected this documentstating that “it is exactly what we expected”. If this information is proven, Amber Heard and Johnny Depp could again find themselves before the bar of the court…

Amber Heard blacklisted in Hollywood since trial?
Amber Heard is paying a high price for this trial. Become the laughingstock of social networks, the actress also doesn’t seem to be in the Hollywood papers anymoreas the documentary reveals Johnny vs. Amber: from love to hate, available on the 6play platform. Indeed, the role proposals would be increasingly rare for the mother of Oonagh Paige Heard. “She won’t be working in this town right away and maybe not for a long time”assures a guest. “Frankly, Amber didn’t have a very big career. Before that, she only had a few supporting roles.” If some have little hope of seeing Amber Heard’s career relaunch after this trial, others are more optimistic. “It’s not impossible that she has a career. It’s not impossible that she has support”.
