Me Alary, the historical lawyer of Cédric Jubillar, is accused of having exerted pressure on the mother of the latter after the episode of the fortune teller on the radio 100%.
Frank Rastulthe Attorney General at the Court of Appeal of Toulouse, was seized this Tuesday, February 1 on a potential question of obstruction of justice. Me Alary, Cédric Jubillar’s historical lawyer, is suspected of having exerted pressure on Cédric Jubillar’s mother.
The Attorney General confirms to Le Point that he was seized for “questions of order ethical with regard to one or more lawyers intervening in various capacities in the Jubillar case”.
This report concerns Me Jean-Baptiste Alarylawyer from the first hour of the main suspect in the case of the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar.
After the radio episode
According to the Pointthe lawyer and former chairman of Albi, is suspected of having “intervened” or of having “exerted” pressure on Cedric’s motherNadine Fabre. He would have tried to convince the latter to don’t change lawyers when she was at the time advised by Me jessica Chefaroudi, his former lawyer. Something she obviously did not follow because she is now represented by Mes Antoine Vey.
This request on the part of Me Alary would have intervened after the episode of the call to a clairvoyant on the radio “100%”. As a reminder, in September 2021, the mother of Cédric Jubillar contacted the regional radio during the program “100% clairvoyance” and expressed her doubts as to the possible involvement of her son in the disappearance of his wife Delphine. She even says she is convinced that her son is “guilty”. But the latter does not know that she is registered and will ask later an express request for non-dissemination.
It will follow the publication of part of his testimony as well as a negotiation with the radio so that Nadine Fabre gives an exclusive interview to 100%. The latter will say, in her defense, “extremely disturbed“at the time of the call, too late. The sequence is “disastrous” according to Le Point.
It is at this moment that My Jean-Baptiste Alary and Jessica Chefaroudi are suspected of having exerted pressure on Nadine Fabre to prevent her from changing lawyers. In vain, since the latter is now assisted by Mes Antoine Vey, a former partner of the Minister of Justice, Eric Dupont-Moretti, and Géraldine Vallat, both lawyers from the Paris bar.
Contacted by La Dépêche, Me Alary do not wish to comment “I don’t know what I’m being charged with,” he says.
The Attorney General will in the coming days shed light on this referral by trying to find out if there has indeed been a breach of ethics but, above all, to try to understand why Jean-Baptiste Alary and Jessica Chefaroudi had an interest in influencing Nadine Fabre.
