On June 23, the Nuit des Chefs ELLE à table invites you to its 8th edition, in Paris and in the regions, in partnership with American Express, the Ruinart house, Thonon, Chateldon and Amadito. The promise of a unique culinary encounter, with the finest restaurants in France.
Starred restaurants or the most fashionable of the moment seem inaccessible to you? The Nuit des Chefs ELLE à table made this dream possible. For eight years, the editorial staff has been selecting its favorite restaurants in France, and offering readers the opportunity to take advantage of them, at a preferential rate (count between 60 and 250 € per person). The principle is simple: choose one of the 36 addresses selected, and benefit from a menu specially designed by the chefs for the occasion.
Once again this year, the most prestigious restaurants played the game: the Vague d’Or in Saint-Tropez, the Blue Bay in Monaco, or even the Dalì, the Meurice restaurant, all Michelin-starred, as well as the restaurants the trendiest in the capital, such as Perruche, Girafe or Monsieur Bleu. The plus of this 8th edition? The Ruinart route, concocted by the Ruinart house, partner of the event, which wanted to offer in ten restaurants of the selection a food and bubble pairing, with 3 exceptional cuvées, including, in preview, the Dom Ruinart Blanc cuvée from Whites 2010.
As for the chefs, the cast looks like a real culinary Cannes Festival: Alain Ducasse, Julia Sedefdjian, Cyril Lignac, Juan Arbelaez or even Mélanie Serre, all will open their restaurants for this unique evening, but also their terraces, to enjoy, in this edition summer, stars in the sky… and on the plate!
