It’s a creperie essential in the city center of Lannion. The Moulin Vert at the corner of rue de Keriavily and rue Duguesclin has just changed hands. Since Wednesday June 1, Christophe Jacquel has been in charge.

Come back to the country

Native Saint Brieuc, Christophe Jacquel first made a career in industry before embarking on the restaurant business, but Toulon.

“I had a traditional restaurant which I sold in December”.

Then everything went very quickly.

“I wanted to come back to Brittany. In the Côtes d’Armor I looked at the business to resume. I have been told many good things about this creperie. I seized the opportunity. »

For thirty years

A new adventure for the owner in this emblematic creperie in the city center that has been open for more than thirty years.

Crêpes and pancakes are arranged in a very original way, which has also made the reputation of the place in addition to the taste. “The quality will always be there” maintains the new owner.

The Moulin Vert keeps the same opening hours.
