It is the natural part of the association that was in the spotlight with a presentation of hens of breeds, quails and white doves. Part of the egg collection of the association on poultry and animals from our countryside was exhibited for the delight of young and old. For the first time, the educational sheets, with supports, such as shelter for bats, or hedgehogs, and even nesting boxes were revealed to the public.
This educational collection of sheets and visuals was produced for presentation to primary schools in the region in order to make children aware of the animal diversity of our countryside.
President Pierre Meunier pointed out that these educational materials could be borrowed by schools wishing to flesh out a presentation to children.
The members of the Association took advantage of this day to meet at noon around a picnic in the greatest conviviality.
