The restaurant “Entre terre et mer” opened its doors on May 10, 2022, at 23 rue Fournet, in Lisieux (Calvados). In the former premises of Allo Pizz, Cyril Hequet offers traditional cuisine à la carte and on a single menu at 13.20 euros (free coffee), the content of which changes every day.

“80% of our dishes are homemade, and 100% of our desserts. We have a lot of meat: bourguignon, veal blanquette, entrecôte… I would like to have a little more fish, but the supply is a bit complicated at the moment. We also do snacking,” explains the restaurateur, who has 28 seats.

Another restaurant soon in Honfleur

After spending ten years in mass distribution, Cyril Hequet opened his first business in Giverny (Eure). A restaurant he ran for six years. Wishing to get closer to the coast, the entrepreneur headed for the capital of the Pays d’Auge. With a project in mind: to create his own franchise.

“Between land and sea” is therefore led to make babies. The brand must open a second establishment in Honfleur “before the end of the year” 2022, then a third near Bayeux in early 2023. “The objective is to launch an accessible franchise, with personalized support, and set up restaurants throughout France,” announces Cyril Hequet.

The restaurateur wants to make his establishment a place of conviviality. He plans to organize themed evenings. The first will take place on June 11, 2022. It will be a mussels and fries evening.
