Do you know the restaurant 140 degrees by Mallory Gabsi and Adrien Cachot? These two former candidates from season 11 of Top Chef have opened their own gourmet chip shop, inspired by the war of restaurants, a famous test of the show.

First opened in Paris and then in Brussels, the restaurant will now take place in a new, unusual location. It is in Liège, and more precisely in the VIP area of the Ardentes festival, that Mallory Gabsi and Adrien Cachot will offer the services of their gourmet chip shop. It was the official page of Les Ardentes that announced the news to future festival-goers. The chip shop of the two candidates will be present throughout the duration of the festival, from July 7th to 10th.
In terms of musical programming, the festival promises a crazy line-up after two years of cancellation due to the pandemic. Every day, famous names will perform on the different stages. Stromae, Asap Rocky, PNL, Damso or even Orelsan will follow one another to make the tens of thousands of expected festival-goers dance.
If you are not fond of crowds, the two former candidates of the cooking show also have a restaurant at the Gare Maritime de Bruxelles, in the Tour et Taxis district. On the menu of the chip shop: fries (obviously!) but also burger buns, new sauces and croquettes of all kinds. We can’t wait to discover the menu they will offer at the festival.
