Novlaw Avocats strengthens its expertise with the arrival of two new partners in public law and labor law

Novlaw Avocats continues to grow in 2021, after the arrival of Bruno Guillier and the opening of a secondary office in Lyon, integrating two new partners, Antoine Carle and Aurélie Moine.

Novlaw Lawyerscreated in 2019 by Laurent Bidault and Baptiste Robelin with an innovative and modern sectoral approach, quickly established itself as a reference in the sectors, in particular, of Hotels, Cafés and Restaurants (HCR) and construction .

Until then, the firm offered legal services in public law, real estate law, business law and innovation law. With the arrival of Antoine Carle and Aurélie Moine, Novlaw Avocats is strengthening its practice in public business law and is now extending its expertise to employment law.

Antoine Carle, a specialist in public business law, will head the Public Services and Communities Department from the Cabinet’s Lyon office.

He has particularly recognized expertise, both in advice and in litigation, in matters of public contracts, community and inter-municipal law, as well as in parastatal structures and mixed economy. In addition, he has developed cutting-edge sectoral expertise in funeral law.

Before joining Novlaw Avocats, he practiced in the multidisciplinary business firm FIDAL for 8 years and as a lawyer in the companies VINCI Concessions and OGF. He holds a Master 2 in Public Business Law and a Master 2 in Local Authorities Law.

For her part, Aurélie Moine joins Novlaw Avocats to create and manage the firm’s social department. She has developed a solid experience in this field, for nearly 10 years, within major French and Anglo-Saxon business firms (Baker & McKenzie, Ashurst and Bremond & Associés).

She advises her clients, in a pragmatic way, on all their day-to-day HR matters, as well as in the context of acquisition, sale or restructuring operations. A lawyer at the bars of New York and Paris, and holder of an Executive MBA from HEC, she provides both advice and litigation to French and international clients.
