Olivier Cousi, lawyer and former president of the Order of Paris, died yesterday, Wednesday, March 2, aged 62. He died after a long illness.

Olivier Cousi was known to be an emblematic figure in the bar.

As a specialist in media and telecommunications law, he was a pillar of Gide, one of the largest international law firms.

He was elected head of the Paris bar at the end of 2018, together with his vice-president Nathalie Roret, for a two-year term. Upon the announcement of his disappearance, many lawyers and judges paid tribute to his memory.
