After wearing recycled warm-up jerseys during the warm-up for Olympico, Olympique de Marseille players will wear another special jersey, this time during the 90 minutes of the final day of Ligue 1. Indeed, Jorge Sampaoli’s men will face Racing Club de Strasbourg with a collector’s outfit “OM MADE” from their equipment supplier PUMA, and this only for this occasion. And following the responsible approach of the German brand, this blue-and-white jersey was made in Marseille, in the desire to favor “French manufacturing on certain products.”

In the club press release, Marseille president Pablo Longoria said he was delighted with this new initiative, reinforcing “the link that unites Olympique de Marseille and the city (…) Land of know-how, we are proud to present this jersey that brings together our talents: made in Marseille by Marseilles. I would like to thank our partner and equipment supplier PUMA for supporting us on this project, which gives meaning to the impact of the club in our city, while reiterating our eco-responsible commitments.” With this 100% Marseille jersey, the Marseille club will have to impose itself in front of its public against the Alsatians to grab a place in the Champions League next season.
