The first tortilla house was born in Bordeaux, in the Chaban Delmas stadium district. Called the Casa Tortilla (simple but effective), it offers Bordeaux residents an alternative to classic fast food, to consume better and responsibly. Fresh, quality eggs, potatoes and onions, to which they add the secret taught by the great Doña Luisa. Based on the traditional tortilla, they develop mouth-watering variations.

The tortillas are available in three sizes (small €9, medium €16, large €28) and with different flavors. There are formules available midday and evening (individual €10, duo €18 and to share €33). Also, to celebrate the aperitif as in the country, Casa Tortilla offers original and varied boards and typical drinks like the famous Estrella beer (which reigns supreme in small tapas bars) as well as a nice wine list. The croquettes will of course also be there to guarantee total immersion in the Iberian Peninsula.

At the same time, the menu also gives pride of place to cured meats and cheeses, selected from farms in Spain and produced by local producers. The excellent quality charcuterie is labeled “Iberian”pledge of a product from black pigs from the Iberian Peninsula, raised in the open air or “bellota” which translates by the fact that the pigs were fed only from oak acorns, which gives the flesh a fine and unique taste, the reputation of which is second to none. The cheese comes from an artisan farmer.
