The most original restaurant on the Côte d’Opale opens on June 3 in Condette

Two giant wooden and plastic domes stand near the Château de l’Entente Cordiale, in Condette. It is inside these ultra modern spheres that we will soon be able to taste the cuisine of Sébastien Kochman who created this very original concept with Lauriane, his wife. The ephemeral restaurant opens on June 3 and we can already book!

Walkers who take advantage of the sun and the silence that bathe the surroundings of the Château de l’Entente Cordiale rub their eyes. Two white half-spheres have landed in the equestrian career adjoining the castle and those who have not followed the case should expect to see little green men disembarking at any time.

Let’s reassure them right away: no extraterrestrials in sight at Condette, nor UFOs. The two domes which were erected in three days by specialists of this type of ephemeral construction will be used to welcome the customers of the most original restaurant on the Côte d’Opale.

A professional retraining

As we indicated at the beginning of April, we owe two inhabitants of Baincthun the concept of ephemeral restaurant which will open in Condette on June 3 for the whole season. For Lauriane and Sébastien Kochman, this adventure is the result of professional retraining. She is very specialized in the field of tourism economy.he spent a significant part of his career designing video games for Ubisoft. Local, exclusively

On the convivial side, we will be served. Customers of Cool K’Cahuète (the name of the restaurant) will be welcomed under the smallest dome (60 m2 all the same) and will eat in the largest (100 m2), taking advantage of the sunlight during the day. and in the evening, starry skies.
