The recipe for chorizo ​​goat cheese roses

For 6 pieces

  • 20 slices of chorizo
  • 1 puff pastry
  • 150g fresh goat cheese
  • 1 egg yolk


Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into strips 2-3 cm wide, along the entire length.

Brush the strips with fresh goat cheese then place the slices of chorizo ​​along the entire length of the strips, leaving half of the slices of puff pastry overhanging.

Roll the strips to form roses. Beat the egg yolk with a little water and brush the roses with the paste. Place them in lightly buttered muffin tins.
